Rozpocznij z nami celebrację Międzynarodowego Dnia Jogi na dachu w samym sercu Warszawy. Czekają na Ciebie dwie wyjątkowe sesje: dynamiczna Techno Yoga i eksplodujący energią Rave Pilates — każda z nich zbudowana na ruchu, muzyce i totalnym zanurzeniu się w tu i teraz.

Join us in celebrating International Yoga Day on a rooftop in the heart of Warsaw. Two powerful sessions await: dynamic Techno Yoga and high-energy Rave Pilates — both built on movement, music, and full-body presence.

1️⃣ TECHNО YOGA: sweat & synth

🕰 14:30–16:30 \ 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM

→ 60 minut intensywnej jogi w stylu power flow
→ 15 minut medytacji
→ Zbuduj siłę, połącz się z rytmem, odnajdź siebie

→ 60 minutes of powerful flow yoga
→ 15 minutes meditation
→ Build strength, move with rhythm, come back to yourself

2️⃣ RAVE PILATES: burn meets bass

🕰 17:00–19:00 \ 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
→ 60 minut pilatesu, który płynie z beatem — mocny, dynamiczny, skupiony
→ Głębokie napięcie mięśni, ruch w rytmie, eksplozja endorfin
→ Ciało prowadzi dźwięk, a Ty czujesz każdy moment

→ 60 minutes of pilates flowing with the beat — strong, intentional, focused
→ Deep muscle tension, rhythmic drive, a rush of endorphins
→ The music leads your body, and you feel every moment
