She Past Away to jeden ze sztandarowych przedstawicieli dark-wave. Czerpią to co najlepsze z lat 80-tych m.in. z The Cure, Sisters Of Mercy i Clan of Xymox i łącząc to z minimalistyczną poezją turecką. Początki She Past Away sięgają 2006 roku, kiedy to wokalista / gitarzysta Volkan i basista Idris napisali swoje pierwsze piosenki. W 2009 roku do zespołu dołączył Doruk Ozturkcan (perkusja elektroniczna) i zespół nagrał debiutancką EPkę „Kasvetli Kutlama”. Po wydaniu albumu „Belirdi Gece” w 2012 roku i „Narin Yalnızlık” w 2015 roku, zespół powrócił z albumem „Disko Anksiyete”(Fabrika Records).
